Screen printing, also referred to as silk-screening, is predominately used on cloth materials such as t-shirts, fleece, or fabric bags. It is the most economical form of logo application. The process consists of many involved steps. Once the artwork is finalized, the design is exposed onto a mesh screen covered with a light sensitive material similar to camera film. The mesh screen is placed in an exposure unit which shines an ultraviolet light around the design and exposes it onto the screen. The screen is positioned onto the printing press and covered with a special ink that doesn’t dry until it reaches a temperature of 300+ degrees. The item that is being screen printed is placed on the palette located under the screen. The ink is pushed through the screen onto the item with a squeegee. The item is then put through a large dryer with a conveyer belt. Once it comes out the other end, it is ready to go!

Embroidery is predominately used on items such as jackets, golf shirts, hats, blankets and many more items. Each separate logo requires a digitizing process. This allows the design to communicate with the embroidery machine and stitch it onto the item. We can embroider a logo with up to 15 colours. The possibilities with embroidery are endless!
Our 4’ x 10’ computerized router table (CNC) can cut an assortment of media including foam, wood, MDF, Sintra, light aluminum, plastics and much more. First your design is drawn using our design software. Then it is processed by the computer and manufactured using the CNC Machine. CNC means Computer Numerical Control. This means a computer converts the design into numbers which the computer uses to control the cutting and shaping of the material. Please contact us to learn more.
